Staying Connected

We were created to be in community, not in isolation. So let’s stay connected. In an effort to keep our Trinity community together while maintaining compliance with federal guidelines, we are posting simple videos and photos of people at Trinity.

Here’s how you can contribute to our community building activity: 1) Take a short video of yourself and/or your family saying hello and telling everyone what you’ve been up to over the past couple of weeks. 2) Send the video as an email attachment to with a simple description of who is in the video or what’s going on. 3) Wait for the video to be posted and tell your Trinity family & friends.

Mother's Day Greetings:

Thinking of Mom on this Mother's Day

Update from the Marquis:
Greetings from my sewing room: I have been making Covid face masks for family and friends. If anyone is in need of a face mask, let me know. I am giving them away (no charge). I do have some Viking fabric and some G.B. Packer fabric for face masks. Let me know your needs. Stay safe and God Bless.

Greeting from the Hansch Family!

Greeting from the Marquis household...
We have been keeping a low profile as requested by our Governor and staying in our house or yard as much as possible. Barbara is keeping busy sewing masks for her sister and her staff at St. Vincent's hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Lyle has been "busy" doing the spring yard work and then doing all the little things to keep the house and grounds in working order, some of which have been ignored for a while. The lawn mower is ready to go as that maintenance was done last fall and looking at the lawn it might be put to use shortly. We have been holding off on undoing the spring maintenance on the snow blower, but tomorrow I will do just that and put the blower away for the summer.
From the reports we have been getting, it looks like our 2020 historical re-enactments are cancelled through July and then who knows!
We look forward to the day when we can again see our friends and fellow believers in church on a Sunday morning soon.
Yours in Christ,
Lyle and Barbara Marquis

Barbara and I would like to personally thank Vicar Jander for all the work he as done during these trying times to put together the sermon videos we have been seeing and the Good Friday and Easter messages. We truly look forward to being able to attend a "regular" service soon.
We wish the Jander family and all the members at Trinity a blessed Easter season and look forward to the more normal times to come! With God’s help we all will make it through these bleak days ahead. Keep praying and believing in Christ and we will overcome this pandemic.
Yours in Christ,
Lyle and Barbara Marquis

Greeting from the Trif Family
Odin was hungry for us Bunica (Grandma) Doina’s Salata de Boeuf -a Romanian potato salad. We worked on that yesterday and it turned out delicious. One thing I told the kids is Bunica Doina would say, food needs love put into that machines can’t do as we whipped mayonnaise and chopped everything up. They replied, “well yeah mom that’s what sponge bob says about his crabby patties” bahaha! 🤣
